RETURN POLICY:
At Club Boutique and City Shoes we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date, with original packaging and with the receipt. We will then issue you a store credit. ITEMS SOLD AT 50% OFF ARE FINAL SALE. FORMAL WEAR AND SOCIAL OCCASION ARE NON-RETURNABLE (no exceptions).
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Both Club Boutique and City Shoes offer gift certificates to their respective stores. Please note that gift certificates purchased from Club Boutique cannot be redeemed for purchases from City Shoes and gift certificates purchased from City Shoes cannot be redeemed for purchases from Club Boutique. Thank you for your understanding.
CLUB BOUTIQUE SIZE RANGE:
Club Boutique carries size 0 – 18W, XS – XXL.
CITY SHOES SIZING:
City Shoes offers most shoes and boot styles in sizes US 6 – 10 or European sizes 36 – 41. Although some styles will be available in sizes US 11 and 12 (EU sizes 42 and 43) as well.
OTHER STORE OFFERINGS:
Accessories such as jewelry for everyday and formal events, scarves, gloves, hosiery, socks, handbags for everyday and formal events. Please refer to our Facebook or Instagram pages for pictures of the store and some of our products.
CAN YOU SEND ME PICTURES:
The best way to see what is hot out of the boxes is to follow our Facebook or Instagram pages. We post often especially when new styles are received.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Club Boutique and City Shoes both accept all forms of credit cards, apple pay and cash (of course!). We do NOT accept personal checks.
SHIPPING:
Club Boutique and City Shoes offer shipping for all our products within the continental U.S. We ship using UPS and USPS.
PARKING:
Club Boutique and City Shoes is located in the heart of historic downtown Portsmouth. There is on-street parking available directly in front of the store. There are also 2 city owned parking garages within walking distance of the store. Our recommendation is always to utilize the parking garage to allow yourself time to shop, stroll and eat in our fabulous city.
PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS FOR MOTHER OF THE BRIDE/GROOM:
Club Boutique is happy to schedule a private appointment for you to come shop our selection of Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses. Private appointments are available Tuesday and Wednesday or Thursday - Monday 9:00 - 11:00. Please call (603) 433-4455 or 603-498-5165 (Alissa's cell phone) to schedule. Our private downstairs salon is an inviting place for you to find your special dress. We sell our formal wear dresses off the rack so you take your special purchase home with you that day. We also have recommendations for undergarments and alterations if necessary. We look forward to working with you.
Please be aware we require all customers to wear face masks and sanitize hands upon arrival and during trying on. Thank you for understanding.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Club Boutique and City Shoes believe it is important to be socially conscious members of the Greater Portsmouth community. When requested we offer donations of product and/or gift certificates to benefit non-profits organizations’ fundraising efforts. We are happy to coordinate with other non-profit organizations that might wish to have a fashion show fundraiser. Among the non-profit organizations we presently support:
My Breast Cancer Support which offers financial assistance to cancer patients for expenses not covered by health insurance.
Arts in Reach, empowering teenage girls through an inclusive creative community.
The Chase Home, serving the needs of at-risk youths and their families.
