About Club Boutique Owner, Alissa Gold
Hi and welcome. My name is Alissa Gold and I have been the owner of Club Boutique since 2012. My store has become my true passion and I hope that passion is reflected in each and every dress, top, pant and piece of jewelry that comes into my shop.
My background has always been in sales – as a young teen I worked and ate my way through a local bakery in the town I grew up in – Brookline, Massachusetts. I have lived on the Seacoast of NH since 1994 and raised my two children here. My background is in computer software sales – something I earned my living doing but never really felt passionate about. What kept me selling and traveling throughout the U.S. was the incredible relationships I was able to form while doing business. I thought that was great – until I bought Club Boutique in 2012. That was when I realized what true relationship building was all about.
I am a very lucky survivor of breast cancer diagnosed in 1999. That event and raising my two very young children at the same time was life changing. It gave me a sense of what is and is not important and gave me “perspective.” This experience has guided me in how I conduct my business and interact with my customer and my community. I am grateful and respectful of each and every one of my customers who walks through the door of Club Boutique. I am grateful that you have chosen to peruse the beautiful things that I have chosen with you in mind. My desire is that every customer – whether you buy or not – feels important and valued by my staff and I.
My store is my true passion. I have never felt more fulfilled or happier than when I see you smile and love what you have found at Club Boutique. When I see a return customer I am overjoyed because that means we have done our job and you are happy to come back and see us again. When you bring your friends – well, what can I say, other than THANK YOU! It means that we (my staff and I) have done our job – and done it well. We, my staff and I, are all dedicated to provide the BEST customer service on the Seacoast.
I am full of gratitude for each and everyone of my customers that continue to put their trust in me, my staff and the customer service we provide.
